Mentorina

Every video, page and PDF —with a mentor at your side.

Mentorina lives quietly at the edge of your browser. Open a YouTube video, a Netflix episode, a PDF or any article — click the icon, and ask. It summarizes, answers and remembers. Spoiler-free, always.

What the panel does

Summary

One clean summary for anything on your screen — a forty-minute video, a fifteen-page paper, the episode you fell asleep during. Timestamped for video, sectioned for documents, and never longer than it needs to be.

Ask

Ask in plain words, mid-scene or mid-paragraph: who is that, what did I miss, what does this clause mean. For shows, answers are spoiler-safe — Mentorina only draws on what you have already watched.

History

Everything you asked and every summary you took, kept in order. Come back a week later and pick up the thread — the paper, the episode, the article — exactly where you left it.

Made for days like these

Exam week

Studying from lectures

Two hours of recorded lecture, twenty minutes before class. Ask for the key points up to where you stopped — with timestamps, so you can jump back to what matters.

Friday night

Mid-season catch-up

Coming back to a show after three months? Get a recap of everything you have watched — and only that. Who is mad at whom, and why, without a single spoiler.

Deep work

Reading at speed

Ten open tabs, one afternoon. Summarize each paper or article first, read the two that deserve it fully, and ask follow-ups without leaving the page.

Three steps

  1. Add it to your browser

One click from the Chrome Web Store. No account needed for your first questions.

  2. Open anything

A video, an episode, a PDF, an article. The icon appears quietly at the right edge — never in the way.

  3. Ask, or just say “summarize”

The panel slides in already knowing what is on your screen. Ask away — your mentor keeps the notes.

From the early users

Fell asleep during episode four, asked it what I missed over breakfast. It caught me up without touching episode five. That's the whole product, honestly.

I skim thirty papers a month. These are the first summaries that don't read like they were written by a committee — and I can push back with questions.
Marcus L.PhD student, ML
My students run it on lecture videos before seminars. ‘Summarize up to where I stopped’ is a quietly brilliant feature.
