Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Mentorina browser extension or website (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Mentorina summarizes web pages and YouTube videos and answers questions about them using AI. Summaries are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate; they are not a substitute for reading the source. The Service is provided for personal and professional research use.

You are responsible for having the right to access the content you summarize. Do not use the Service to process content you are not permitted to access, or in a way that violates the terms of the sites you visit.

You need an account to use the Service. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. One person or organization per account — do not share accounts or resell access.

The free plan and the paid plans differ in the number of summaries and credits available in each period, and in which quality modes you can use. Current limits are shown on the pricing page and in your account.

• Credits reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over.
• Summaries served from our cache do not consume credits, because no model is run.
• Requests that fail or return nothing are not charged.
• We may apply rate limits to protect the Service from abuse or automated use.

Paid plans are sold through Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, taxes and billing inquiries. Your card details are never received or stored by us.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Prices are shown in USD; Paddle may present the equivalent in your local currency and will add any applicable tax.

You may cancel at any time from your account page, or via paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then, and you will not be charged again. Your account reverts to the free plan afterwards.

Consistent with consumer protection law, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. If you have not substantially used the paid features, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that purchase.

To request a refund, contact [email protected] or raise the request directly with Paddle, who process refunds as merchant of record. Renewal payments after the first period are generally non-refundable, but cancel any time before renewal to avoid being charged.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, credits, or rate limits
• Access the Service by automated means outside the extension and website
• Resell, sublicense, or expose the Service as your own product
• Use the Service for unlawful content or to infringe others' rights
• Interfere with the Service's operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how page content is processed. By using Mentorina you consent to that processing.

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan provides, you may cancel and request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the current period.

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Izmir, Turkey. This does not deprive consumers of protections granted by the mandatory law of their country of residence.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that summaries will be accurate or complete. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
